Abstract

Der vorliegende Beitrag skizziert vor dem Hintergrund globaler Trends die Zielsetzungen der Forschungsaktivitäten des Arbeitsmarktservice Österreich (AMS) und stellt in weiterer Folge die Info- und Serviceplattform www.ams-forschungsnetzwerk.at der Abteilung Arbeitsmarktforschung und Berufsinformation des AMS vor, die eine Vielzahl an Zielgruppen im gesamten deutschsprachigen Raum mit Ressourcen, Materialien, Unterlagen, News/Highlights, Newsletter u.ä. unterstützt. Dabei werden einige Info- und Serviceprodukte wie etwa die AMS-Praxishandbücher, die dem berufspädagogischen Feld im Besonderen zuarbeiten können, hervorgehoben.

This paper outlines the aims of the research activities of the Austrian Labour Market Agency (AMS) against the background of global trends. In addition, it presents the information and service platform ( www.ams-forschungsnetzwerk.at ) of the AMS' department of labour market research and vocational information. This platform supports a wide range of target groups in the whole German-speaking area with resources, materials, documents, news and newsletters, amongst other information. Certain information and service products are highlighted, such as for example the AMS practice handbooks which particularly contribute to the field of the pedagogy of vocational training.
